What do I wear?

Our only requirement is that you remove ALL jewelry before class and that your clothing is free from zippers or buttons. Please refrain from applying lotions and oils on the day of the class.
Aerial Classes: We recommend form fitting workout clothing that fully covers the legs and stomach, such as leggings with a short-sleeve tee.
Pole Classes: For beginner classes, shorts and a t-shirt are perfect. For more advanced classes, skin contact is required to grip the pole, so we recommend form fitting shorts and a sports bra.

What if I'm not very strong or flexible?

That's okay! The vast majority of people don't have much strength or flexibility when they start out. Our Aerial and Pole classes are designed to help you gain strength and flexibility in a fun and safe environment. Our experienced instructors will cater the class to your individual needs and fitness level and allow you to progress at your own rate.

Will I have to share my Pole, Lyra/Hoop or Silk?

No. We have a one student per apparatus policy, to give you maximum time during class to master the new tricks you learn!

What is your cancellation policy?

12 hours notice is required to cancel a class and receive credit/class back into your account. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, it will be charged as a 'late cancel' and the credit/class will not be returned to your account. In the event of a late cancel or no show, you will lose the class credit. Thank you in advance for your consideration of other clients, as we want to ensure that spots are available for those that need them.

How do I sign up for a class?

The best way to sign up for a class, is to visit our Schedule page and click on the class that you would like to sign up for. Pre-payment is required to hold a spot in the class.

How long are the classes?

Classes run for 55 minutes. We offer several dates and times of each level every week, which allows you to create the frequency of attendance that best fits into your lifestyle.

Are Men allowed in class?

Yes. In fact, we want pole and aerial to be accessible to everyone! We are inclusive to everyone, and we find our students all feel comfortable around each other and become friends quickly.

Where do I Park?

Our neighbours need access to their spaces 24/7 so please only park in designated "VISITOR" spots. These can be found at the ends of the lane and on the other side  of the lane.
