Our Aerial and Pole fitness classes are a great way to build strength and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment. We welcome everyone from all backgrounds and experiences to our studio.
Our goal at Peak Aerial Fitness is to create a diverse and supportive community of people who have discovered an interest and passion for Aerials and Pole!

Adult "Drop in" Classes
Our Adult Program is open to everyone over 16 years.
You can join any of our level appropriate classes in Pole, Silks, Hoop and Hammock.
Our Level 1 classes are approachable for everyone regardless of fitness and flexibility level!
Our Drop-in program means that you can tailor make your schedule to suit you!
Youth Program
We run a seasonal Youth program for ages 6-16.
Our programs range from 10-14 weeks depending on the season (Fall, Winter & Spring).
This is a recreational program where the focus is on having fun whilst building fundamental skills like body awareness, strength and flexibility.
We offer classes in Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Hammock.
