- Zero Tolerance for Discrimination or Harassment: We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of intimidation based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.
- Inappropriate Behaviour: Any inappropriate behaviour, including disruptive actions or unsafe practices, will be addressed immediately and may result in revocation of studio access.

- Sexual Misconduct and Violence: Any past or present charges or allegations of sexual misconduct or violence will result in the immediate revocation of studio access. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all members of our community.
Health and Safety Guidelines
- Physical Health Requirements: Students must inform instructors of any health conditions or injuries that may affect participation. If necessary, a doctor's note may be required to participate in classes or events.
- Injury Reporting: All injuries, no matter how minor, must be reported to the instructor immediately. We take safety seriously and encourage all students to practice caution and proper technique.
- Warm-ups and Cool-downs: It is mandatory to warm up before each class and cool down afterward. This is essential for preventing injuries and improving performance.
- Equipment Safety: Our aerial equipment is regularly inspected for safety. Students must follow instructor guidance on proper use and ensure all equipment is used according to the guidelines provided.
Class and Attendance Policies
- Class Registration and Payment: Classes must be booked in advance, either through our online system or by contacting the studio directly. Payment is required at the time of booking, and rates are listed on our website.
- 12-Hour Cancellation Policy: To ensure that all students have the opportunity to attend classes and that our instructors can prepare accordingly, we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel your class within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, the pass will not be returned, and the class will be considered as used. This policy helps us manage class sizes and ensures that instructors are compensated for their time.
- Class Behaviour: Students are expected to arrive on time and be ready to start class at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate, depending on the instructor’s discretion.
- Class Level Requirements: To ensure safety and effective learning, students are required to complete necessary prerequisite levels before advancing. If students wish to skip levels, a private lesson may be arranged at the studio's discretion.
Studio Etiquette
- Dress Code: Students must wear form-fitting clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Jewelry should be removed before class to avoid injury.
- Personal Hygiene: We ask that all students maintain good personal hygiene, including clean hands, feet, and body. Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances as they can be distracting to others.
- Studio Cleanliness: Students are expected to help maintain the cleanliness of the studio by wiping down mats, equipment, and props after use.
